Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at 1st Step Solutions Ltd. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing health and safety, work quality, productivity, materials, and sub-contractors on a commercial project involving carbon steel pipework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Oversee work quality and productivity to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate the procurement and management of materials and sub-contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
  • A current CSCS Card (ideally SSSTS/SMSTS)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
  • A competitive pay rate of £30p/hr up to 43hrs and £34p/hr thereafter
  • A lodge allowance of £49.27p/night
  • The opportunity to work on a commercial project with a reputable company
