Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Team Member to join our team. As a Coffee Shop Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and drinks, adhering to company food safety guidelines and standards.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including the coffee shop, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory management.
