Opportunity Summary

GemPool Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Governance Specialist to lead and elevate compliance operations in the digital arm of a leading American casino and resort enterprise.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks and metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance compliance programs and accelerate market entry.
  • Represent the organisation with regulators, partners, and industry forums.
  • Oversee regulatory obligations and lead pre-audit planning in areas such as asset and change management.
  • Build a high-performing compliance team to support the evolving needs of the business.
About the Role
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the European iGaming industry, with expertise in online gaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments across Europe, Canada, and Latin America.
  • Background in IT Service Management, Information Security, or AML/CFT is advantageous.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong ethical and team-focused approach.

Estimated Salary: $135,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
