Main Responsibilities

You will support the Exams Officer in the day-to-day operation of examination venues and processes. Key tasks include:

  • Setting up examination venues with stationery, equipment, and papers
  • Assisting candidates before examinations
  • Ensuring candidates remain silent during exams
  • Invigilating during exams, addressing queries, and handling irregularities
  • Monitoring attendance and recording late arrivals
  • Escorting candidates from venues and supervising outside
  • Collecting and collating scripts at the end of exams
  • Preparing script envelopes and supervising candidates leaving venues
  • Assisting with packing and delivering examination materials
  • Preparing seating plans
