Job Summary

This role involves delivering an effective, evidence-based, and competent level of care to patients in school-aged immunization services.

The post holder will be responsible for promoting and supporting the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service.

Support Programme Managers, Team Lead, and Clinical Lead as applicable.

Achieve high levels of patient satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication, customer service, and people management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Working within PGD frameworks.

Understanding of the Routine National Immunisation schedule.

Ability to implement the principles of informed consent.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Organisational and time-management skills.

Customer service and people management skills.
