Overview

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is a global team of over 18,000 employees, responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft's end-to-end customer experience. We're seeking a highly motivated Azure Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect to join our Global Customer Success organization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for customers, leveraging Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, driving long-term cloud adoption within their organizations.
  • Assess customers' cloud readiness and provide guidance on migration and modernization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product group to integrate the latest advancements in cloud technology.
  • Act as a Voice of Customer, sharing insights and best practices with the Engineering team to remove key blockers.
  • Be an Azure Platform evangelist, promoting the benefits of cloud adoption to customers, partners, and external communities.
Requirements
  • Deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions, including Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, and containers.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure deployments and migrations in enterprise-wide environments.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and growing data services in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
