Job Overview

As a Workplace Experience Host at ISS, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our clients and their employees. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all clients and employees feel welcome and valued in our facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and politely to all inquiries and requests.
  • Conduct daily checklists to ensure the quality of our workspaces and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with room booking and guest arrivals, and maintain a clear and presentable office floor.
  • Monitor and report any quality control issues, such as facility cleanliness and comfort factors.
  • Provide technical support, including first-line fixes and troubleshooting, while following a clear handoff process to the Techbar for unresolved issues.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in high-touch environments.
  • High school or college degree.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, with knowledge of property management and Condeco systems a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
