About the Role: As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be empowered to treat the store as if it is your own business. To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You'll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.

In this position, you'll understand your market, getting to know the competition and can identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward. You'll be an ambassador for our partner networks.

We're looking for leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a track record of success in leadership roles, particularly in retail and hospitality environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment.
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The estimated salary for this role is around £31,000 - £32,000 per annum.
