We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Nuffield Health York Hospital. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and advice to patients, as well as leading the medicines management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and advice to patients, including medication management and patient education
- Lead the medicines management team, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards
- Develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in data collection and audits to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Proven post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
