Payroll Manager
The Role
OJ Digital is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, liaising with the finance and people teams
- Maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and forms as required
- Be the main point of contact for all payroll queries
- Process statutory payments and deductions accurately
- Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll
- Perform weekly reconciliation
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience running a complex payroll
- Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work with unpredictable hours
The Package:
- Full-time role with a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000
