Payroll Manager

The Role

OJ Digital is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process, liaising with the finance and people teams
  • Maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and forms as required
  • Be the main point of contact for all payroll queries
  • Process statutory payments and deductions accurately
  • Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll
  • Perform weekly reconciliation

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience running a complex payroll
  • Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work with unpredictable hours

The Package:

  • Full-time role with a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000
