Seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring exceptional care that meets resident needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet unique resident needs.
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a care environment or similar setting.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
