Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs, and operating supply costs are in line with budget.
  • Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs and participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall Food and Beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to guests.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service and ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
