About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Mecca Bingo. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Assisting with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving customers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
