Senior Commissioning Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our client's team in the Hertfordshire area. As a Senior Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for performing commissioning on mechanical extract systems and other smoke ventilation systems within the ventilation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning of mechanical extract systems and smoke ventilation systems
  • Managing projects to ensure timely completion
  • Providing quotations for clients
  • Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth project completion

Requirements:

  • NVQ Electrical installations or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in commissioning extract or smoke ventilation systems
  • SSSTS or higher
  • JIB/ECS card Holder
  • Span set, PASMA, IPAF
  • Working knowledge of ADB; BS EN 12101; BS 9999; BS 9991 & BS 7346 pt 8
  • Working knowledge of multiple manufacturers' equipment e.g. Colt, SCS, FDS & SE Controls
  • Current full clean driving licence
  • NIC/IC electrical tester
