We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our client's team as HSE Manager - Quality Assurance. In this role, you will champion company values, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain UKAS-accredited ISO 14001 certification
  2. Lead risk assessments and provide expert guidance on effective management strategies
  3. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with directors to develop strategies and policies aligning with HSE objectives
  5. Deliver engaging HSE training to managers and employees, promoting awareness of health and safety risks

Requirements

  • NEBOSH General or Diploma Certificate
  • Experience in senior or leadership HSE roles, ideally within automotive, engineering, or production environments
  • Accredited ISO 14001 Auditor with knowledge of risk-based decision-making and process improvement tools
