About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in one of our busiest kitchens. As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

The salary for this role is estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
