Standards Verifier in Counselling

As a Standards Verifier in Counselling, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Pearson education centre and tutor delivery of BTEC Higher National programmes. Your expertise will be sought to advise on programme and assessment design and delivery, contributing to the enhancement of the delivery through external examiner sampling and visit activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring centres' compliance with Pearson quality assurance expectations for RQF BTEC Higher National programmes. This will involve making internal verification decisions for units from the Higher Nationals to affirm national standards have been achieved and upheld.

Supporting centres in the delivery and assessment of BTEC Higher National qualifications is also a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with centres to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality programmes.
