Advanced Pharmacist

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated pharmacists to join our friendly and innovative Pharmacy Team at St Marys Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the Trust's journey towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and staff
• Develop and implement pharmacy services to enhance patient safety and service quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Support the development of junior pharmacists and contribute to the growth of the pharmacy team
