Mechatronics Assembler

Guided Talent is currently recruiting for a Mechatronics Assembler to join its client's team in Crawley. This permanent role presents a fantastic opportunity for skilled assemblers to develop their expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling sophisticated mechatronic systems with meticulous attention to detail, working closely with the production team to ensure efficiency and product excellence.

• Assembly and Integration: Assemble complex mechatronic systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Technical Documentation: Accurately interpret and apply information from technical drawings and documentation.
• Wiring and Panel Assembly: Carry out detailed wiring and panel assembly tasks to support system functionality.
• System Testing: Test integrated systems to verify performance and functionality.
• Collaborative Quality Management: Work with production staff to implement quality control processes and uphold exceptional product standards.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.

We offer a salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
