Job RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support with personal care needs, nutrition and hydration, medication, and manual handling transfers. You will also provide invaluable companionship to our customers, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
Responsibilities- Provide support with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as required
- Provide support with manual handling transfers, including lifting and moving
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a car
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent level of English (both spoken and written)
- Patience and understanding
