Job Description

Job Title: Childcare Club Manager - Breakfast & After School

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Breakfast and After School Clubs, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the club's services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or education setting
  • Proven track record of managing and supervising a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check
