About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of beauty treatments, including massages, manicures, and facials, to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatments and services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Previous experience working in a spa or beauty environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
