Job Description:

This role involves delivering training and coaching sessions to help students complete their apprenticeships. As an Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with learners & employers to conduct progress report meetings, and working alongside the Engineering delivery team to develop the apprenticeship training materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and industry experience, having completed an apprenticeship of their own. They should be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices
  • Liaising with employers & apprentices to monitor the apprentices' progress
  • Collaborating with the Engineering team to improve & develop the training materials
