About the Role

This is a 12-month contract position that offers the chance to work on complex, cutting-edge projects and achieve a work/life balance. As a Senior Designer Electrical, you will be responsible for:

  1. Applying proven techniques and procedures to design and develop electrical systems.
  2. Resolving design issues and problems for a range of electrical design situations.
  3. Diagnosing and resolving operational, repair, installation, and commissioning problems and issues related to electrical systems.
  4. Coaching and mentoring other design engineers, applying interpersonal skills in communicating technical design matters.
  5. Working with a degree of technical autonomy, demonstrating a commitment to professional design engineering principles and values.
  6. Possessing knowledge and experience in electrical design subject areas.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar position and possess the following skills:

  1. Understanding of electrical design principles and approaches relevant to design activities.
  2. Depth of understanding, knowledge, and experience relevant to a specialist area of activity, for example, relevant to electrical systems.
