About the Role

As a Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical team and external design consultants, ensuring timely delivery of technical and design matters within the program and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement cost-effective technical solutions to support the region.
  2. Cultivate effective relationships with the senior management team and stakeholders, prioritizing corporate responsibility and best practices.
  3. Drive corporate governance across the organization, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance.
  4. Partner with the Technical Director to manage the technical department, optimize resources, and achieve regional targets.
  5. Maintain best practices, control costs, maximize revenue, and enhance value for the region.
  6. Support the wider Dandara business in build-to-rent and single-family housing developments, ensuring timely project commencement and adherence to build programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Co-ordinator.
  • A robust understanding of technical design principles, preferably in architectural or civil engineering.
  • Familiarity with the housebuilding industry, ideally with a high-volume house builder.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as HNC/HND in a construction-related field.
