Allen Lane is seeking a Change Manager to support the London Borough of Newham's Sovereign IT Programme. This 12-month fixed-term contract will be made permanent and is part of the newly formed structure. As a Change Manager, you will lead internal communications and engagement strategies to ensure clear and effective messaging throughout the transition. You will gather regular feedback from staff to inform engagement initiatives and create strategies to foster a positive and inclusive culture within the DDaT team. You will also assess the impact of culture change initiatives and make adjustments as necessary. Additionally, you will lead on Diversity and inclusion initiatives to align with culture changes and establish a network of change champions across DDaT. You will develop clear and consistent messages for various stakeholders within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of behaviour and culture change principles, strong knowledge of training and workforce development best practices, and expertise in internal communications and messaging strategies. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate staff. In return, you will receive a salary between £51,093 - £54,129 (with a pending pay award) plus benefits including the local government pension scheme and much more.
