Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our operational sciences and field teams, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with business, statutory, and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of root cause investigations and drive follow-up actions for pollution and quality compliance failures.
  • Liaise between site Operations, Capital delivery teams, contractors, and other technical teams to ensure permit conditions and Environmental Management Systems are adhered to.
  • Support regular business reporting and local/regional compliance meetings, presenting and communicating to different audiences.
  • Gather data for regulatory information requests for our regulators, customers, and other third parties.

Requirements:

  • HNC or degree in a Scientific or Engineering field.
  • Significant experience in water treatment processes, supply, or regulation, with experience of working with Sample Manager, EQUIS, and SAP systems desirable.
  • Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel to other sites required, thus a driving license essential.
