About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Passive Fire Project Manager to lead/manage one of our major passive fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of one of our major projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with our client, our staff and internal office teams to ensure the project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to compliance/details.
  • Carry out regular inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare/present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team.
  • Create/sustain strong relationships with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire protection industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of passive fire protection systems.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read/interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools such as Office 365.
  • Ability to prepare/present reports in MS Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving/decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications-NVQ6, IFE level 3 (2) and SMSTS are desirable
