Banana Moon Day Nurseries Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Education Specialist to lead and manage our Baby Room, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants aged 3-24 months.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of child development in the early years, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support babies' development
  • Provide personal care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
  • Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training
  • Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with babies aged 0-24 months
  • Strong knowledge of child development in the early years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
