We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Newquay (Seafront) Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting your colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
  • A fixed-term contract until 30/11/2024, with the opportunity to progress within our business.
  • 16 hours of work per week, spread across 3 days.
