Senior Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

Our client, a thriving small animal hospital in Bradford, seeks a dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead their dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will guide and nurture the clinical team, oversee all facets of clinical governance, manage financial aspects, and optimize the utilization of charitable resources.

The hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, orthopaedic surgical equipment, on-site blood analysis, piped gases, and endoscopy, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to deliver top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hospital team, supported by a Head Nurse, a Client Services Manager, and 2 Veterinary Surgeon Team Leaders.
  • Oversee clinical governance, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff well-being.
  • Manage financial aspects, optimizing the utilization of charitable resources.
  • Guide and nurture the clinical team, promoting professional growth and development.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary from £62,000 - £69,000 DOE.
