Senior Wholesale Commercial Finance Manager

Drive Business Success at PVH
As a key member of the PVH finance team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the Region North business. With a strong focus on financial management and controlling, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to support business decision-making.
The PVH finance team is a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and accountability. You will be responsible for leading the financial management processes, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting and analysis, as well as financial and operational business reviews with the Wholesale Divisional leads across Region North.
As a Senior Wholesale Commercial Finance Manager, you will have direct reports from the local markets across Region North, including the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics, and will be required to travel to these markets. You will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating wholesale sales performance, including sales volumes, pricing, and margins, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the controlling function for the wholesale business segment, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support effective decision-making.
- Drive the implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes for the wholesale business in line with HQ directions, working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team to drive financial performance and accountability for the wholesale business, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and business development teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives, such as pricing strategies, customer profitability analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business opportunities, assess profitability, and support decision-making on market expansion and customer segmentation.
- Support the development and implementation of financial and operational metrics and KPIs to measure and track wholesale performance, and monitor progress against targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the wholesale finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Previous experience in financial management and controlling, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions by translating complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficient in financial management systems and tools, such as SAP MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and effectively communicate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving financial performance, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
