We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading strategic ecommerce accounts to an incredibly high standard, and the proven ability to lead others to the same successes.

About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our retained clients, ensuring their strategic, commercial and technical needs are fully understood and accurately communicated to the SwankyApple team. You will develop exceptional relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities and delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and ongoing advisory support to clients.
  • Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to optimise Shopify stores.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical projects within retained accounts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance clients' technical knowledge.
  • Analyse store performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in an ecommerce agency or environment.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 30 days holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays, flexible working hours, and beautiful offices in Exeter.
