We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Use your knowledge of travel products and services to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing excellent customer service and sales expertise.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including administrative tasks and process adherence.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant.
  • A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills and a good working knowledge of tour operator systems.
  • Excellent travel product knowledge and a passion for the travel industry.
