We are seeking a highly skilled Colleague Communications Specialist to join our Colleague Experience team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting communications and engagement for our journey ahead.
The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, manage, and measure a range of communications for different audiences across the Group. This will involve scheduling, facilitating, and producing communications that support transformation, as well as owning the stakeholder meeting and engagement cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to engage colleagues and stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and disseminate communications that support business objectives
- Manage and measure the impact of communications initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide stakeholder engagement and support to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
