Workshop Manager Opportunity

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our automotive service centre in the Horsham area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating work to technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supervising a team of vehicle technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
  2. Supervise and motivate a team of vehicle technicians to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and productivity
  3. Develop and implement effective processes to improve workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer service
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Site Manager in an automotive service centre
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills
  3. A full and valid UK driving licence
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop
