We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Rightmove. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring that our customers pay their debts on time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or disputes related to payments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer accounts are up to date and accurate.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all financial processes are running smoothly.
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
