The Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing the bar and its operations, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our General Manager to control costs and grow the EBITDA for the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through amazing drinks, charming service, and a traditional pub atmosphere.
  • Manage the bar and its operations, including stock management, ordering, and invoicing.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to control costs and grow the EBITDA for the venue.
  • Ensure high levels of hygiene are maintained at all times, conforming to EHO and company requirements.
  • Deliver training to staff on all matters regarding beer and other bar products.
  • Deal with feedback and complaints, resolving the matter and creating actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in recruiting amazing people to join the team to enrich the environment and guest experience.
