About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Planning Assistant to join our team at First Milk. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of production at our Haverfordwest facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize stock and planning activities across the Haverfordwest site, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Support Inbound and Outbound goods control, liaise with the supply chain planner, and complete quality control checks and documentation.
  • Handle purchase orders, provide effective handover and holiday cover, and ensure the efficient movement of products from the rapid chill store to the palletiser and on to onward dispatch vehicles.
Requirements
  • Good general computer skills, with the ability to populate simple databases and spreadsheets.
  • At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English.
