About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong suite of controls across our UK business. This will involve leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and evaluate the design and effectiveness of our business controls.
  • Support the redesign and improvement of controls to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Provide recommendations to senior stakeholders on control enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage projects to implement broadscale control enhancements and improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify risks and controls and develop solutions.
  • Produce regular process health reporting for internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager or Project Manager who has a strong background in risk management and/or project management. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, you should have previous experience working in a highly regulated industry and/or corporate environment.

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office, with a hybrid working model that offers flexibility and work-life balance. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, bonus, generous holiday entitlement, and private medical insurance.
