About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cybersecurity Specialist - Product Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of our submarine systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security threat and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Develop and implement security requirements and control groups to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop a security assurance strategy
- Manage security engineering planning to ensure the secure development of our systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in risk management and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of engineering lifecycle and cybersecurity frameworks
- Technical controls experience
Desirable Skills:
A degree or equivalent in a STEM subject, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or risk management, would be beneficial. Additionally, experience in requirement derivation and MOD defence domain knowledge would be advantageous.
