  • Labour Management: Manage and coordinate labour resources, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skills to meet project demands.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, main contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including plant management, material procurement, and quality control.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site problems and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records, complete necessary paperwork, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in roofing and cladding construction, with a strong background in site management.
  • Qualifications: Hold a valid CSCS card, IPAF certification, and SMSTS qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
