The Utilities and Council Tax Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Utilities Team and ensuring that our tenants receive excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and caring organisation that values its employees and strives to make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include managing utilities bills and accounts, communicating with local authorities and suppliers, registering water accounts, and updating databases promptly. You will also be responsible for providing timely and high-quality written and verbal communications to residents, businesses, and suppliers.

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks. These include 23 days leave, plus bank holidays, additional holiday days for long service, private health insurance, birthday off, one well-being day off per year, maternity/paternity pay, and pension schemes increase after 2 years. We also provide daily fresh fruit and a company payday lunch.
