Job Title: Class 1 Driver

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 driver to join our team at Stratton Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will have a clean license and a minimum of two years experience driving HGV Class 1.

Job Summary:

The role will involve collecting containers from the ports and delivering to various clients, as well as general haulage. The ideal candidate will have experience of driving the length and breadth of the UK with solid UK road knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting containers from the ports and delivering to various clients
  • General haulage
  • Loading and unloading containers onto a skeletal frame
Requirements:
  • Clean license
  • Minimum of two years experience driving HGV Class 1
  • Experience of loading and unloading containers onto a skeletal frame
What We Offer:
  • Basic pay - £17 p/h
  • Temporary but ongoing work with the option to go permanent after 12-16 weeks
