Job Title: Education Programme Wellbeing Support Officer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. As an Education Programme Wellbeing Support Officer, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services to learners with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-one support sessions to learners in a variety of locations across Kent.
  • Plan and deliver personalized, relevant, and wellbeing-focused activities with pupils within an agreed individualized programme.
  • Support learners to understand and regulate their behaviours and emotions, building resilience and self-confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with learners, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable learners and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain).
