Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Coordinator to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with visual impairments.
About the Role
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £25,350 per annum, plus benefits. You will work on a shift rota basis, covering 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm shifts, Monday to Sunday.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with visual impairments and have experience working in care or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
Salary and Benefits
Our salary package includes:
- A competitive annual salary of £25,350
- Benefits that include paid induction, overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours, and more
Location
This role is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, which offers easy access to London and other major cities. We offer a range of training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Contract
This is a full-time, permanent contract with flexible working arrangements.
