About the Role:
As a skilled agricultural labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing standards are met and exceeded in our 900-sow indoor unit. This involves maintaining high standards of farm cleanliness through regular pressure washing and general maintenance tasks.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to operate farm machinery and equipment to maintain the condition and appearance of the farm. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording pig data and records in a timely manner to aid operational efficiency.

We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in the pig industry and animal welfare. Due to the rural location, your own transport is necessary for commuting to work.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
