We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide expert advice on game-changing Data Science and AI Transformation services. The ideal candidate will be a hero to our customers by delivering successful outcomes for their complex Data and AI use cases.

As a Solutions Principal, you will work within our Dell Technologies Services (DTS) Presales team. Your role will involve leading the development of client presentations up to C-level management, workshops, services solution design, responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOW) creation and review, effort estimation, and transition of work to the delivery organization.

This is a senior, customer-facing role

You will engage in highly complex accounts, lead customer presentations and workshops at the senior leadership level, and articulate the transformation journey in both business value and technology terms with a focus on Data Science and AI services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of client presentations up to C-level management and workshops to communicate the transformation journey in both business value and technology terms.
  • Engaging in highly complex accounts and working closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Providing expert advice on Data Science and AI Transformation services to our customers.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience in services presales, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Data Science and AI services, including concepts, technologies, and use cases.
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across EMEA in an international environment.
