Internal Communications Manager (London)

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role as an Internal Communications Manager with a leading professional services firm in London. The salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving communications across the business to enhance engagement and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies.
  • Managing internal communications channels, including newsletters, the intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver internal communications plans and content.
  • Supporting senior leadership in developing and executing management and communication strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in internal communications.
  • A strong background in D&I and a passion for promoting inclusive cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid work experience in a relevant industry sector.
