Project Manager (Decarbonisation)

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of the contracts team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects across the UK and Europe from initial design through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Coordinators, Mechanical Construction Managers, Site Engineers/Supervisors, and general install/subcontract teams.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical installation and management, with a focus on M&E related technologies.
  • Previous experience managing a team, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
